• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide the highest quality services to maximize your chances of a successful application, we cannot and do not guarantee the outcome of any application. The decision to grant a residence permit is solely at the discretion of the Cypriot authorities.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of CyprusReside or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.
